ESTABLISHMENT
AVTA Holiday Village was established in the Kadikalesi Region in Turgutreis, Bodrum, for lawyers, judges, attorneys and all law practitioners.
With its river, mandarin gardens, endless beach, clean sea, quay, two separate swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, children's parks and a communication network that reaches every single house, a paradise was born.
AVTA is a holiday village on interval basis and was established on 100,000 square meters, consisting of 250
houses.
AVTA was established with an environmentalist perception with an exceptionally efficient use of space, where you have a chance to see colorful begonvilles , trees and flowers instead of houses. You will enjoy the pleasures of having a holiday in a perfectly natural environment with ducks and fish in the ponds, cocks, hens, pigeons, peacocks, sheep and goats and wells with water pumps.

HOUSES
GENERAL INFORMATION
There are 6 different types of houses in the holiday village. These are:
1. Type D - 64 square meter duplex houses,
Having a spacious living room with an adjoining open kitchen and a sitting area and two bedrooms with a bathroom and WC. These twin buildings are designed for two families. (There are 34 Type D houses, 3 in Palm, 19 in Dere Boyu and 12 in Bodrum District.)
2. Type T - 66 square meter half-duplex special design houses,
Having a spacious Bodrum-type terrace with an adjoining open kitchen and a sitting area on the right and two bedrooms on the left with a bathroom and WC. These buildings are designed to accommodate three families, two on the second and one on the first floor. (There are 3 Type T houses only in Bodrum District.)
3. Type C - 42 square meter standard houses,
Having a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a sitting area and an adjoining bedroom with a bathroom and WC. These buildings are designed to accommodate six families, two on the first, two on the second and two on the third floors. (There are 14 Type C houses, 6 in Park, 8 in Ilk Adim District.)
4. Type Y - 44 square meter standard houses,
Having a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a sitting area and a bedroom with a bathroom and WC. These buildings are designed to accommodate four families, two on the first, two on the second floors. (there are 24 Type C houses, 12 in Park, 12 in Dere Boyu
District.
5. Type A - 51 square meter standard houses which are larger than other types,
Having a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a sitting area on the right and a bedroom with a bathroom and WC on the left. These buildings are designed to accommodate four families, two on the first, two on the second floors. (There are 14 Type A houses, 12 in Bodrum, 2 in Ilk Adim District.)
6. Type S - with two-stories and a garden,
Standard houses, designed specifically for Bodrum District and differentiated in 3 types, with 50 and 55 square meter second and 46 and 50 square meter first floors with a garden, respectively accommodating 2 and 3 families. These too, have a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a sitting area on the right and a bedroom with a bathroom and WC on the
left. (There are only 3 Type S houses, in Bodrum District.)
7. Villas,
Privately owned villas outside the interval holiday system.
ACTIVITIES
SWIMMING POOL and SEA
Sea, swimming pool and beach are complementary to each other.
It will be a great pleasure to sunbath either on the natural sand of the long beach that AVTA has or on the soft grass along with the swimming pool. Sea is always very clear, little salty and around 25 C.
Our half Olympic swimming pool is filled with fresh water and has filtering system. Apart from this pool a pool for children is available. Our pool bar is at you disposal if you want to get rid of the sun shine and refresh yourself with our special cocktails. You also have a chance of gathering you friends at the sitting area next to the pool bar and chatting happily with them.
ANIMALS
AVTA Ecological park will be very much attractive for your children with its animals. You and your children will have the chance, may be for the fist time, to feed the chickens, to collect the eggs from the central and portable coops and you will be astonished at peacocks' magnificent show.
You must see the twin baby goats sleeping under a large pan that they turned over while escaping from their mother. Chorus of the different kinds of birds accompanied by ducks and geese will take away all your stress and you will enjoy this natural music. You will also enjoy to watch the variety of fish and small tortoises in the large pond at Bodrum quarter.
You will find yourself in an another world while you are watching rabbits running all the time, pigeons returning to their cages after freely flying, nobility of the mascot of the holiday village "Duke".
CAFES AND RESTAURANTS
Beach Café
Beach Café leaned against the antique theatre, with its special menu and music and is one of the best cafes in Turgutreis. Sipping your drinks under a moonlight accompanied by the Mediterranean panorama and tunes of a guitar will create a most romantic atmosphere.
SPORTS
Mini Golf
If you want to enjoy a new game just make a reservation at the reception and ask a golf stick and ball.
Volleyball and Basketball
You will have a chance to watch your children's matches at the volleyball or basketball fields and even join them if you wish.
Tennis Court

PRICES
AVTA HOLIDAY VILLAGE 2005 RENTS
General Rules
A. Houses are rented for 15 day period intervals in the first place.
B. Daily rental requests are considered if there is vacancy. However, a three-day accommodation price is charged for renting less than three days.
C. No gas or electricity is charged for houses rented by AVTA for the May-October period. The rules in force concerning gas and electricity are applied for houses rented by interval owners.
D. The rent is paid in advance. Moreover a deposit of 150,00 TL is paid by renters of AVTA or owners and persons using the houses with permission of the owners as a guaranty.
